As the lead designer, I led the end-to-end redesign, conducting UX audits, creating sitemaps and wireframes to optimize site architecture, and developing style guides. I delivered high-fidelity visual designs for both the dashboard and landing page to ensure a cohesive user experience.

Overview

Rituwell connects HR managers and employees through two integrated platforms. One enables HRs to curate routines and track wellness, while the other provides employees with personalized health content, fostering a collaborative approach to well-being.

The Problem

How can we improve navigation to help HR's and employees, to curate wellness content seamlessly and track progress efficiently?

Users reported feeling an overall lack of clarity in the process of curating programs and keeping track of their progress on the dashboard page.
